Fish consumption and toxic substances

A variety of toxic substances are found in the flesh of fish that inhabit our lakes, due to pollution. These substances include mercury, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), dioxins, furans, Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs), etc.
