Registration of offset credit projects: offset project registration applications under the Regulation respecting a
cap-and-trade system for greenhouse gas emission allowances may be submitted to the Ministère along with a validation report from an
organization whose accreditation is pending, but the project will not be registered unless ISO accreditation, per
the Regulation’s stipulations, is received no later than one year from the date of the application.
