The fight against climate change in Québec involves major projects focusing on green energy, the circular economy, sustainable transportation and innovation, but it also relies on the daily actions of all those who use an electric vehicle, public transportation, get around by bike or by walking, buy locally produced food, and who compost or green their environment.
In support of the 2030 Plan for a Green Economy, the MELCC is disseminating mobilization campaigns on the fight against climate change.
This campaign is being conducted in collaboration with the Ministère des Transports in the context of the Sustainable Mobility Policy– 2030, disseminated from November 1 to November 28, 2021. The messages seek to promote the benefits of transportation electrification in Québec and to heighten public awareness of the transportation sector’s contribution to GHG emissions and existing solutions to reduce them.
This campaign was disseminated from May 31 to June 27, 2021 to highlight key projects and everyday actions that contribute to greenhouse gas emission reduction in Québec.
